City redevelopment Drechtsteden (2009)
Two medium sized cities (Dordrecht and Zwijndrecht) are developing an ambitious plan to revive large parts of their area. The Urban Developer was and is used to support the entire decision making process, from the early programming stages to the architectural design stage.

City development Meppel (2010)
For the municipality of Meppel, a medium sized town in the Netherlands, Strategis delivers services ranging from spatial analyses, GIS-analyses, financial calculations. The projects consists of more then 3000 dwellings and is one of the larger developments in the Netherlands.

Business case Poelzone (2009)
Finaclial support in the early stages of this very large scale restructuring project (460 ha) in the Westland, the worlds primary greenhouse location.

Sustainable Westergouwe (2009)
Application of the Urban Developer linked to the DPL sustainability tool in a number of charettes with project developers and the municipality.  This is one of the major new city developments currently in the Netherlands (4000 dwellings).

Multifunctional building (2008)
For the Dutch housing association Staedion, the decision making process regarding the development of a multifunctional building (school, services, social housing) has been supported using the Urban Developer in a number of interactive sessions. AGFA (2009)
Supporting the development of strategic plans for a large industrial area with financial feasibility assessments. This project was in collaboration with KOW for AGFA Gefaert in Belgium.

Multi Dimensional CAD implementation

Strategis is consulting More For You to implement Building Information Models in their processes and organization. Besides mapping out new processes and organization models Strategis is also developing a multi dimensional CAD system by Integrating IFC Building Information models with Excel based calculation models.

ING Real Estate (2008)

StrateGis has developed a management game in collaboration with ING real Estate using a real case in Amsterdam called (in Dutch) 'Zuid-as'. Trainees from ING played with StrateGis Urban Developer in a competition with eachother to make the best plan (quality and financial aspect where calculated by the Urban Developer)

City Councel of Rotterdam (2009)

The effects of infrastructure measurements on CO2 emmision are displayed on an interactive website. A very appealing user interface was created that displayed the effects in Google Maps and in Google Earth.

Estafette project Mijdrecht (2008)
In this the decision making process for 5 interlinked projects in the municipality of Mijdrecht was supported with the Urban Developer.

   


City Council Ronde Venen (2008)

Various alternative designs have been developed and assessed using the Urban Develoepr for the train station area of the city Ronde Venen. Workshops have been held with stakeholders and various design options have been optimized in these workshops.
