Introduction
Inserting relevant and easy to consume information starting in the early phases of Building and Construction projects results in tremendous benefits. The 3D interactive moel (3D drawings integrated with assessment models!) are based on 3D GIS and contain all relevant project information enriched with StrateGis' own databases. Key figures, assumptions, similar cases, cost estimations, are all available in one model! The 3D visualisation makes it easy for all actors to understand and they can even interact with the model. The integration with calculation models such as land use models, cost benefits, parking and quality assessments enables to quickly run 'what-if' scenario's and see directly the results of their interaction.

Urban Development
For Urban Development projects StrateGis offers to speed up the decision making process and to improve the quality of urban plans by facilitating an integral requirements and design approach. Scenario's for lists of requirements, exploration of the solution space, robustness of the plans for changing conditions, risk management are aspects which can be reviewed using the StrateGis Urban Developer.
StrateGis will build up a 3D urban information model using the Urban Developer. This information model contains the current region, design alternatives, lists of requirements, local area constraints, key figures of costs, plan quality, return of investmens figures, etc. Based on this information model land use calculation and a complete financial model is directly available!
As the 3D model is very easy to comprehend StrateGis can change requirements, design solutions directly in a workshop with stakeholders and actors. The assessment models give direct feedback so that the actors can directly see the impact or their changes. No more waiting for cost estimations. This results in a huge time savings, cost savings and improves the quality as actors can now jointly optimize the project based on an integral approach leading to a large commitment from all partners.

Real Estate Development
StrateGis has developed a method for building development to support the decision making process improving quality, saving time and costs. Similar to the Urban Development method this method relies on bringing stakeholders and actors together supported by a 3D interactive and integral model of the new facility.
Starting in early project phases the list of requirements and building design solutions (if available) are visualised and various assessments are automated such as building costs, benefits, parking needs, etc.

Building Information Models Consultancy
