Our 'unique selling point': The Urban Developer
The Urban Developer is a user friendly software model, based on Google Sketchup. With the software, users can draw up an Urban Design, and immediately calculate the in impacts on land use, financial feasibility, parking balance, sustainability and much more.

Large and complex projects become more transparent and manageable. Communication with stakeholders and interested parties is facilitated. The Urban Developer is listed on the official plugin website from Google. The software was also assessed as the most advanced model currently on the market by a research project from the Delft University of Technology: article TU Delft.

New: module for supporting local zoning plans and sustainability module
This autumn, two new modules have been added to the commercial version of the Urban Developer: a module for constructing legally binding zoning plans for municipalities and a module which links designs to the third-party model "Sustainability profile of a District". Modules for Energy Analysis and Water Management are under development (prototype are available).
